The Per' e Palummo Ischia di Cenatiempo was produced from 100% Per' e Palummo grapes. The vineyards are organized in terraces, rooting in volcanic soils, at an altitude ranging from 50 to 450 meters above sea level. The vinification process took place in stainless steel with a 4-6 day maceration of the must on the skins at controlled temperature. The aging occurred for 4 months in concrete and stainless steel in contact with the yeasts.

The Per' e Palummo Ischia di Cenatiempo presents itself in the glass with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of cherry, red flowers, and Mediterranean herbs along with a slight vinous note. On the palate, it is soft with a delicate tannic texture. Enjoyable fruity finish. It pairs well with cured meats and cheeses as well as tasty land dishes, especially tomato-based ones. It fully reveals its potential at the table with aged cheeses and rich land dishes made from red meats or game.
