These are the grapes of the great wines of Bordeaux, capable of expressing themselves at the peak of excellence even in that brief and magical strip of the Tuscan coast represented by the Bolgheri area. The Ornellaia 2020 Bolgheri Superiore from Tenuta Ornellaia rested for 20 months in oak barriques, 70% new and 30% of second passage. The blending of single-varietal wines took place after 12 months of refining. Before being released on the market, it aged for an additional 12 months in the bottle. We are faced with a small masterpiece of world oenology, ready to take its place in the "dream cellar" of every wine enthusiast.
