The Ornellaia 2020 Bolgheri Superiore from Tenuta dell'Ornellaia rested for 20 months in oak barriques, 70% new and 30% second passage. The blending of the single-variety wines took place after 12 months of refinement. Before being commercialized, it rested for an additional 12 months in the bottle. We are faced with a small masterpiece of world oenology, ready to take its place in the "dream cellar" of every wine enthusiast.
