The Ornellaia Bianco di Tenuta dell'Ornellaia 2019 MAGNUM originates from a blend of white grape varieties, among which Sauvignon Blanc stands out. The harvest was carried out manually in 15 kg crates. In the winery, the clusters were further selected and gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation of the must took place 70% in used barriques and 30% in new ones. The refinement lasted for 12 months in the same containers in contact with the fine lees, plus an additional 3 months in stainless steel tanks. After blending, the wine was transferred to bottles where it rested for 6 months before being commercialized.

The taste is deep and intensely mineral, enhanced by an elegant freshness that lingers through the long finish. It pairs well with cheeses, rich vegetarian dishes, as well as flavorful seafood recipes featuring white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
