The Sicùlia olive oil is a superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely through mechanical processes. It is a cold-extracted product made from olives grown in Sicily, predominantly of the Cerasuola variety. Cerasuola olives are large in size and intended exclusively for oil production, offering a medium-intense fruity aroma with herbaceous notes reminiscent of artichoke and ripe tomato, with harmonious and well-balanced bitter and spicy sensations.
