Nero d'Avola Sensale is one of the Sibiliana wines produced from grapes grown according to organic farming methods and certified by the Suolo e Salute (Soil and Health Board) which guarantees strict respect for the environment. The Sibiliana label represents a pact between the winemakers that make up Cantine Europa to always give dedicated care and attention to the vineyards and the grapes. Nero d'Avola Sensale is produced in the hinterland of Marsala, an area with a wonderful microclimate that lends itself well to the management of an organic vineyard. The vinification takes place in steel in order to better preserve the characteristics of the grape.

Nero d'Avola Sensale by Sibiliana is a lively, deep, luminous ruby red. Fragrant aromas of cherry and red plum emerge on the nose alongside spicy aromas of black pepper, violet, and refreshing hints of rosemary and oregano. In the mouth it is fresh, slightly savory, with soft tannins and a gentle fruitiness. This is a wonderfully versatile wine, perfect with pizza, stewed octopus, or with pasta'ncasciata.
