The Negroamaro I Cantalupi di Conti Zecca is obtained mainly from Negroamaro grapes with the addition of other recommended grape varieties. The reference vineyards are located in the Salice Salentino area and are rooted in alluvial soil tending towards limestone. During red vinification, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, while the maceration of the must with the skins lasted for 8 days at a temperature of 22-25°C. The aging occurred for several months in concrete tanks.

The Negroamaro I Cantalupi di Conti Zecca presents itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of ripe red fruits that blend gently with hints of balsamic herbs and notes of oriental spices. The taste is enveloping and balanced, supported by soft tannins and a pleasant fruity and spicy finish.
