The Nebbiolo delle Langhe di Giuseppe Rinaldi is born from grapes harvested in the various vineyards of the Barolo area that Carlotta and Marta have inherited and manage with great determination. The Nebbiolo plants, almost exclusively Lampia biotype, with a moderate presence of Michet, aged on average 35-40 years, are trained using a modified archetto single Guyot system to optimize space (Nebbiolo produces very little on the first buds of the fruiting head, so its length must necessarily be extended, hence the need for curvature). The company has been operating for years according to an approach that goes a little beyond organic, with a gradual and constant reduction in the quantity of copper used in treatments. The grapes, harvested when they are ready for tasting, beyond the technological parameters, are vinified in oak vats; the wine then matures in large Slavonian barrels.

The Nebbiolo delle Langhe di Giuseppe Rinaldi has a bright garnet color. On the nose, it offers violet flowers, strawberry jelly and cherry, woodland balsams, and hints of tobacco; on the palate, it is lively and severe, dissident and long. Excellent with traditional Piedmontese cured meats, for example, with the red wine salami from the Cuneo tradition.
