The Nebbiolo Langhe di Burlotto is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the prestigious Langa d’Alba region. The grapes come from the company's youngest vineyards, capable of producing wines with an immediate and brilliant character depending on the vintage. After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported to the cellar in 20 kg crates for vinification. Alcoholic fermentation took place in open oak vats and stainless steel tanks. The aging process lasted for several months in large French oak barrels.

NEBBIOLO LANGHE BURLOTTO: TASTING

The Nebbiolo Langhe di Burlotto appears in the glass with a ruby red color and garnet reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of small red fruits intertwined with hints of rose and violet, accompanied by clear notes of dark spices and undergrowth. On the palate, it shows balance and elegance, thanks to a well-polished tannic structure and a gentle minerality that lingers on the finish. It pairs well with aged cheeses and dishes based on red meats and game.
