The Nebbiolo di Bruno Giacosa is a taste, accessible to everyone, of the qualitative greatness of those vineyards and of that practical knowledge that distinguishes and elevates the wines of this mythical company. The grapes come from various vineyards between Barbaresco and Barolo, some owned, others from those farmers with whom Bruno had been collaborating for years, like his father before him at the beginning of the 20th century. After a careful selection, the grapes ferment in steel; the wine then traditionally ages in large wooden barrels and for 5 months in the bottle, before its release on the market.

The Nebbiolo di Bruno Giacosa presents itself in the glass with a fascinating ruby hue with garnet highlights. On the nose, it is elegant and youthful: rose, violet, cherries, licorice balms, and light hints of mace. The palate is precise and perfect, with great freshness, sculpted tannins, fine savoriness, and a refreshing length. To be savored on its own and then paired with a succulent roast pork with porcini mushrooms.
