The Müller Thurgau di Alois Lageder was obtained from 100% Müller Thurgau di Alois LagederMüller Thurgau grapes cultivated in Valle d'Isarco, between the municipalities of Chiusa and Bressanone (BZ). The reference vineyards are located on soils rich in pebbles, sand, and schists, at an altitude between 500 and 920 meters above sea level. The white winemaking process began with the soft pressing of the clusters aimed at producing the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasted for 4 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the fine lees.

The Müller Thurgau di Alois Lageder presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of apricot and yellow flesh fruits that intertwine with floral scents and subtle spicy notes of nutmeg. The taste is harmonious and vibrant with fresh acidity, salty and fruity. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as rich seafood preparations based on white fish, shellfish, or crustaceans.
