The Merano Moscato Giallo Graf di Cantina is obtained from 100% Moscato Giallo grapes from the areas of Marlengo, Lana, Cermes, and Lagundo, in the province of Bolzano. The vineyards include vines aged 5-30 years and are located on gravelly and sandy-clayey soils, at an altitude between 400 and 600 meters above sea level. After the harvest - which yielded 56 hectoliters per hectare - the grapes were transported to the cellar and started the vinification process with a 12-hour cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The refining lasted 5 months always in stainless steel with contact with the yeasts.

The wine Moscato Giallo Graf di Cantina Merano presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, scents of yellow-fleshed fruit prevail, meeting hints of musk and citrus fruits, and light spicy notes of nutmeg. The palate is soft and intense, enriched by the typical nuances of the grape variety and a persistent finish. It pairs excellently with vegetarian dishes and delicious sea recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
