The Moscato di Trani Dulcis in Fundo di Torrevento was produced with 100% Moscato Reale di Trani grapes. The vineyards are located on alluvial medium-textured soils, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The harvest took place in the third decade of September following a slight withering on the plant, with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare. The vinification was carried out at controlled temperature and was stopped to preserve the adequate residual sugar content. The aging process lasted 8 months in stainless steel tanks followed by a brief period in the bottle.

MOSCATO DI TRANI DULCIS IN FUNDO TORREVENTO

The Dulcis in Fundo from Torrevento shines in the glass with a golden yellow color. On the nose, it releases aromas of apricot and ripe yellow flesh fruit combined with hints of white flowers and honey, as well as notes of aromatic herbs and candied citrus. The taste is soft and enveloping, with a good balance between freshness and acidity. Enjoyable toasted dried fruit finish. Excellent paired with blue cheeses as well as with dry pastries and exquisite desserts with custard cream.
