The Moscato d'Asti Vigna Senza Nome di Braida is made from 100% Moscato d'Asti grapes from a hillside vineyard located in the territory of Mango d'Alba in the province of Cuneo. The soils here are predominantly sandy-limestone and the altitude is about 500 meters above sea level. The winemaking process involved an alcoholic fermentation phase with maceration of the must on the skins for a few hours. The second fermentation, responsible for the sparkling, took place in autoclave for 20 days at a temperature of 4°C. The refinement was for several weeks in the bottle.
MOSCATO D'ASTI VIGNA SENZA NOME BRAIDA: TASTING
The Moscato d'Asti Vigna Senza Nome di Braida presents itself with a straw yellow color with golden reflections enlivened by lively bubbles. On the nose, it opens with aromas of yellow pulp fruit followed by floral notes of rose and orange blossom and slight hints of mossy herbs. The palate expresses a gentle balance between freshness and sweetness supporting a pleasant and persistent aromatic taste. It pairs well with dry pastries and delicious pies and tarts, especially those made with fruit and/or cream.Product specifications
