Lambrusco Monteloco by Venturini Baldini is Lambrusco of the Salamino varieties in purity. We are on the historic Matildic Hills, in the locality of Roncolo, between Parma and Reggio Emilia; the vineyards managed organically, are at an altitude of about 240 metres above sea level and rest on clayey-sandy soils. The grapes are vinified in red with fermentation at a controlled temperature, then the second fermentation takes place in a vat according to the Charmat method. The residual sugar of 16g/l makes it a semi-dry Lambrusco very faithful to tradition.
LAMBRUSCO MONTELOCO VENTURINI BALDINI: TASTING
Venturini Baldini's Lambrusco Monteloco is ruby red with a purplish foam. The nose is a vinous triumph of fruit and flowers: blueberries, blackberries, violets and lilacs, with a pleasant refreshing trail of aromatic herbs and cinchona. The drink is almost ancient, fresh and sweet, with a silky foam, low alcohol content and only hinted at tannins. Very good snack with fried gnocchi and Parma ham!Product specifications
