Grape varieties used: For the production of this wine, mainly local grape varieties such as Verdeca, Coda di Volpe and Falanghina are used.
Fermentation and maturation: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for approximately 15-20 days. The wine is then aged in the bottle for at least 6 months before being released for sale.
Vinification: Vinification takes place through a careful selection of the grapes, which are hand-picked at perfect ripeness.
Production area: The wine comes from the Campania region, specifically from the municipality of Vesuvio.
