The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Superiore Querciantica di Velenosi is made from 100% Lacrima grapes grown in the San Marcello area in the province of Ancona. The reference vineyards, trained with spurred cordon, extend over predominantly clayey soils at an altitude between 100 and 150 meters above sea level. After the harvest carried out in mid-September, the red vinification took place in the cellar, including a 20-day maceration phase of the must on the skins to extract tannins and color. The refinement lasted for several months in stainless steel.

The Lacrima di Morrod'Alba Superiore Querciantica by Velenosi presents a deep purple-red color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of cherry, strawberries, and small red fruits, combined with enveloping floral notes of dog rose and violet. The palate is round and balanced, with good freshness and sapidity. It pairs well with charcuterie, cheeses, as well as light earthy dishes.
