In line with the company's philosophy, focused on minimal intervention, the white winemaking process involved a phase of spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks that took place without temperature control. The particularity of this splendid label lies in its long maturation: a remarkable 140 months in stainless steel and concrete tanks to obtain a white wine that deserves a prominent place in every wine enthusiast's cellar.

The San Lorenzo Bianco di Fattoria San Lorenzo presents itself with a straw yellow color with golden reflections.
