The Frappato di Arianna Occhipinti was obtained from 100% PLACEHOLDER_NAMEVINOFrappato grapes coming from vines with an average age of 50 years, rooted in sandy-limestone soils in the territory of Vittoria (RG). The winemaking process took place in concrete tanks and included a 40-day spontaneous alcoholic fermentation phase initiated with the help of indigenous yeasts, with the must macerating in contact with the skins. Aging occurred for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. No clarification or filtration operations were carried out.

The PLACEHOLDER_NAMEWINE presents itself in the glass with a ruby red color. On the nose, it releases aromas of plum and small wild berries intertwining with hints of rose petals and red flowers, along with delicate notes of tobacco and oriental spices. Balsamic hints of myrtle and Mediterranean scrub enrich the olfactory profile. The palate is fresh and enveloping, enhanced by soft tannins and a clear minerality that lingers in the long finish. It pairs well with cold cuts and semi-aged cheeses, as well as flavorful meat-based first and second courses.
