The Grillo Onde di Sole di Hibiscus was produced from 100% Grillo grapes. The company vineyards are located on the island of Ustica, organized in terraces on volcanic soils of medium texture. The harvest was carried out with a very low yield of 20 quintals per hectare. The white vinification took place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The aging occurred for 6 months in stainless steel and for an additional 3 months in the bottle.

The Grillo Terre Siciliane Onde di Sole de Hibiscus appears bright straw yellow in color. On the nose, it displays aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit along with floral hints of broom and orange blossom combined with salty notes and Mediterranean herbs. The taste is fresh and savory, with great taste-olfactory consistency and a persistent finish. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood recipes.
