The Grillo di Feudo Disisa wine is produced exclusively from 100% Grillo di Feudo DisisaGrillo grapes grown in the Grisì area, a fraction of Monreale in the province of Palermo. The reference vineyard, trained with guyot pruning and espalier system, covers 4 hectares of clay soils. After the harvest, which yielded 70 quintals per hectare, the bunches were sent to the cellar for white vinification. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. The aging process lasted for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and for an additional 2 months in bottle.

GRILLO FEUDO DISISA: TASTING

Grillo di Feudo Disisa presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow fleshy fruits combined with floral hints of broom and evident citrus notes. The taste is fresh, pleasantly savory, characterized by notes of fruit, herbs, and Mediterranean citrus. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood preparations. Try it with swordfish tartare with capers and lime.
