The Montefalco Grechetto di Antonelli is a 100% Grechetto-based white wine, a grape variety highly representative of the Montefalco (PG) territory. After the manual harvest carried out at the end of September, the grape bunches were transported to the cellar and subjected to soft pressing to obtain the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The aging process occurred for several months in stainless steel tanks always in contact with the yeasts.

MONTEFALCO GRECHETTO ANTONELLI: TASTING

The Montefalco Grechetto di Antonelli has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with aromas of yellow pulp fruit that meet floral hints of almond and hawthorn, with subtle citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant fruity and floral taste. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes as well as with seafood or lake fish-based first and second courses.
