The del Pompiere Friulano reflects Schiopetto’s approach to expressive, precisely made white wines. Produced from 100% Friulano grapes, it comes from breezy hillsides in Friuli Venezia Giulia, with predominantly Eocene marl soils.

Wildflowers and a distinctive almond finish

Bright straw yellow with golden highlights, it offers aromas of wildflowers and passion fruit. On the palate, elegant floral notes meet lively freshness before a subtle, characteristic green-almond finish.

A precise, stainless-steel approach

Following gentle pressing and a short settling period, the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks using a pied de cuve starter. The wine then spends eight months on the lees, developing texture without oak influence.

Serve at 10-12 °C with cured meats, fresh cheeses, seafood starters or shellfish. A distinctly Friulian white for anyone who values freshness and a clear varietal identity.
