Franciacorta Riserva Vittorio Moretti Bellavista is one of the highest expressions of the denomination. It is produced exclusively in the best vintages with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero in variable proportions according to the harvest, selecting grapes from the most qualitative plots such as those of Erbusco, Nigoline, Torbiato and Colombaro. Vineyards that have, and give, different characteristics and that lead to a Franciacorta that aspires to completeness and absolute quality. The hand and the ancient gestures take care of every step, from the harvest, to the pressing, to the fermentation in small white oak barrels, to the draft, to the very slow remuage, to disgorgement, up to packaging. In short, this wine also represents the will of preserving the tradition of the beginnings.

VITTORIO MORETTI BELLAVISTA: TASTING

The Vittorio Moretti Reserve shines with a green gold colour, illuminated by a dense and very fine perlage. On the nose, it is comforting, with aromas ranging from white peach, mango, pineapple, wildflower honey, candied citron, to the scent that intoxicates you in the morning when you pass a pastry shop. The sip is in line with the nose, it gratifies and quenches thirst with freshness, energy and length. To be tasted alone, then served with fragrant salty, hot, stuffed croissants.
