The Franciacorta Nature Coupè di Monte Rossa primarily originates from Chardonnay grapes with a small addition of Pinot Noir grown in 15 crus on morainic-glacial and sandy-clayey soils. Vinification began with the gentle pressing of selected bunches, not exceeding 55% of the yield. Alcoholic fermentation of the must took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (56%) and in oak barrels (44%). Each cru was vinified separately. The cuvée included a percentage of 12.5% of reserve wines. Following the rules of the Metodo Classico, the second alcoholic fermentation occurred in the bottle where the wine rested for 24 months in contact with the lees.

FRANCIACORTA NATURE COUPE' MONTE ROSSA: TASTING

The Franciacorta Nature Coupè di Monte Rossa is highlighted by a straw yellow color with bright reflections enhanced by a fine perlage. On the nose, it releases aromas of white peach, elderflower, and yellow citrus fruits meeting notes of aromatic herbs and bread crust. The taste is soft and elegant, supported by an intriguing freshness and a pronounced minerality that persists in the finish. It pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes at the table.
