Dolcetto is the wine of everyday life in Piedmont, highly appreciated for its versatility and characteristic fruity taste. Cultivated extensively throughout the region, depending on the winemaking technique, it can produce fresh and easy-drinking wines or structured and moderately long-lived ones. The Dolcetto d'Alba Primaio by Sansilvestro presents itself with a decidedly agile character that makes it pleasant and easy to drink. The aging process took place in stainless steel tanks.

The Dolcetto d'Alba Primaio by Sansilvestro has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe red berries intertwined with floral hints of violet. On the palate, it is soft and straightforward, supported by well-integrated tannins and a clear fruity taste that invites another sip. Excellent as an all-around meal wine, it pairs well with cold cuts and semi-aged cheeses, as well as with first and second courses of red meat-based dishes.
