The Critone di Librandi was obtained from Chardonnay grapes and 10% Sauvignon grown in the territories of Strongoli, Rocca di Neto, and Casabona, in the province of Crotone. The original vineyards are located on soils of Franco clay and limestone matrix. The harvest took place between the second half of August and the first decade of September, with a yield of about 80 quintals per hectare. The white winemaking process started with the soft pressing of the grapes and was carried out entirely in stainless steel. The refinement took place for a short period in stainless steel and in the bottle.

CRITONE LIBRANDI: TASTING NOTES

The Critone di Librandi Librandi presents itself with a straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical yellow pulp fruit, followed by subtle herbaceous hints and notes of Mediterranean citrus. The taste is soft and pleasant, supported by a clear mineral freshness that lingers on the finish. Excellent paired with delicious sea recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
