The Etna Bianco A' Puddara di Tenuta di Fessina is born from 100% Carricante grapes grown in the territory of Biancavilla, an Etna municipality in the province of Catania. The vineyard of origin extends over 2 hectares with a south exposure, rooting itself at an altitude of about 900 meters above sea level. The winemaking process began with a gentle pressing without destemming the clusters, followed by a soft pressing. The resulting must was fermented in 35-hectolitre French oak barrels. In the same containers, the wine matured in contact with the fine lees for a period of 6-8 months.

The Etna Bianco A' Puddara di Tenuta di Fessina presents itself with a straw yellow color. To the nose, it gives off aromas of tropical yellow fruit that are accompanied by floral hints of broom and notes of aromatic herbs. Completing the olfactory profile are hints of melted butter and flint. The taste is intense and mineral, enhanced by a clear freshness that lingers in the long, citrusy and herbaceous finish. It pairs perfectly at the table with elaborate seafood dishes, such as a tasty potato-crusted swordfish.
