Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioThe Cirò Rosato Segno Librandi di Librandi is born from 100% Gaglioppo grapes coming from the territories of Cirò, Cirò Marina, Crucioli and Melissa, in the province of Crotone. The reference vineyards consist of vines partly trained in bush vines, partly trained in cordon trellis, and grow on calcareous and clayey soils. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 90 quintals per hectare. The vinification took place entirely in stainless steel tanks with a short maceration and the use of the technique of saignée. The latter involves taking a portion of the must from the production of red wine to be vinified into white wine. The refinement took place for a short period in stainless steel tanks and in the bottle.
The Cirò Rosato Segno Librandi di Librandi presents itself with a pale pink color with copper reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of strawberries and small red berries that meet hints of red flowers and citrus notes. The taste is straightforward and pleasant, supported by a vibrant mineral freshness that lingers in the finish. On the table, it pairs well with fresh cheeses and delicate seafood recipes based on white fish and shellfish.
