The Chardonnay Jalè di CusumanoChardonnay Jalè from Cusumano was obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at an altitude ranging from 700 to 800 meters above sea level in the area of Piana degli Albesi (PA). The vineyards are located on clay-loam soils with a southern exposure. The harvest was done manually with a yield not exceeding 60 quintals per hectare. The fermentation and aging (lasting 6 months) took place in 225-liter oak barrels. Before being commercialized, the wine rested in the bottle for a few months.

The Chardonnay Jalè di CusumanoChardonnay Jalè from Cusumano presents itself with a seductive straw-yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of tropical yellow pulp fruit and citrus fruits that blend with pungent smoky and mineral notes. Warm and full-bodied, on the palate it reveals itself fresh and pleasantly savory, giving space to the fruit that lingers in the long finish. At the table, it pairs well with fresh cheeses and tasty seafood dishes made with fish and shellfish.
