The Chardonnay Kreuth di Terlan is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards, facing South and Southwest, are rooted in sandy and clay soils, at an altitude ranging from 260 to 350 meters above sea level. After the harvest and manual selection, the grape bunches were gently pressed to obtain the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place slowly in 30-hectoliter oak casks at controlled temperatures and was followed by a partial malolactic fermentation. Aging was carried out for 10 months in stainless steel tanks (50%) and large wooden casks (50%).

CHARDONNAY KREUTH TERLAN: TASTING NOTES

The Chardonnay Kreuth di Terlan appears in the glass with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical yellow fruit, Mediterranean citrus, flint, with subtle hints of vanilla and sweet oriental spices. The palate is intense and well-structured, supported by an elegant mineral freshness that lingers through the finish. It pairs well with cheeses, rich vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood recipes featuring white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
