We are in front of an exceptional Champagne, the offspring of an extraordinary vintage, as confirmed by the name chosen by the prestigious French winery that produces vintage wines only in exceptional years. The fermentation process for this splendid sparkling wine was carried out in oak barrels. The second fermentation took place in the bottle, following the rules of the Champenoise method, with aging on the lees for over 70 months.
