The Cabernet Sauvignon Neprica di Tormaresca was obtained from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes selected from the best company vineyards of the Bocca di Lupo estates in Minervino Murge (BT) and Maime in San Pietro Vernotico (BR). This red with an elegant nature comes from a maceration on the skins carried out at a temperature not exceeding 28° C for a period of 8-10 days. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation processes, the wine is aged for 8 months in steel plus a further 4 months in the bottle. Cabernet Sauvignon Neprica celebrates the meeting between Puglia and France through a fine balance between Mediterranean temperament and elegance.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON NEPRICA TORMARESCA: TASTING

Tormaresca's Cabernet Sauvignon Neprica is announced in the glass of an intense ruby red colour with purple reflections. On the nose, it expresses decisive aromas of morello cherry and small berries intertwined with delicate herbaceous and vegetable notes. The sip is smooth and full-bodied, supported by a soft tannic texture and a subtle fresh-savoury trail that persists in the finish. At the table, it goes well with cured meats and aged cheeses and vegetable-based recipes. Excellent pairing with first and second courses of ground-based on red meat and stewed white meat.
