The Brunello di Montalcino Tenuta Nuova di Casanova di Neri was obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes harvested by hand between the third and fourth week of September, on the southeast side of Montalcino (SI). During the vinification, the alcoholic fermentation spontaneously occurred in truncated cone-shaped stainless steel vats, lasting for 23 days at a controlled temperature. The aging process involved 36 months in oak barrels followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle.

The olfactory profile is complimented by hints of balsamic herbs and undergrowth. The palate is intense and deep, enriched by a silky tannic texture and a long balsamic and spicy finish. This wine pairs excellently with hearty earthy dishes featuring red meats or game.
