Corpo robustoThe Brunello di Montalcino DOCG by Cerbaia is a wine crafted in the heart of Tuscany, in the prestigious Montalcino area, from Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown at altitudes between 350 and 400 meters. The Cerbaia estate, family-run, spans about 12 hectares, 4 of which are under vine, and has always been committed to sustainable viticulture that respects the environment and the rhythms of nature. The terroir, marked by galestro soils and a breezy climate, contributes elegance, structure, and longevity to the wine. After a manual harvest and traditional vinification in stainless steel, the wine matures for at least 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 12 months of bottle aging. Cerbaia’s Brunello is a wine with strong territorial identity—an authentic expression of the appellation, built to age beautifully.
Bright, deep garnet-red in color. The bouquet is complex and layered, offering notes of ripe cherry, dried plum, leather, tobacco, sweet spices, and balsamic undertones. On the palate, it is powerful yet harmonious, with dense but polished tannins, vibrant acidity, and a solid structure that carries through to a long, persistent finish. Savory and elegant, the wine closes with flavors of dark fruit and evolved tertiary notes. A Brunello of great character, reflecting the tradition and vocation of its homeland.
