The name Crede comes from the local dialect word for clay, a defining feature of the vineyards selected by Bisol1542 in the hills of Valdobbiadene. In the 2025 vintage, this Brut expresses the character of its birthplace through lively fruit, floral detail and a notably clean, savoury finish.

Vineyards on ancient marine soils

The grapes grow in Valdobbiadene, Veneto, on slopes that were once seabed. Geological movements tilted the layers of earth, while their clay content helps retain water around the vines’ roots. The blend comprises 85% Glera and 15% Chardonnay, combining the familiar freshness of the appellation with a refined, balanced profile.

Freshness preserved through the Charmat method

Secondary fermentation takes place in a pressure tank according to the Martinotti-Charmat method, preserving the delicate fruit and floral aromas. The wine is straw yellow with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. Expect green apple, wild flowers and citrus, followed by a fresh, linear palate and a clean, lightly mineral finish.

Award-winning 2025 vintage

The 2025 release received 95 points at the 2026 International Wine Challenge and a silver medal at IWSC 2026. It was also awarded 91 points by Falstaff in 2026. All three results refer to this specific vintage.

Serving and food pairing

Enjoy as an aperitif or with oysters, shellfish, seafood starters and delicately prepared fish. Serve at 6–8°C in a tulip-shaped glass to bring out its aromatic detail. The 750 ml bottle has 11.5% alcohol by volume and contains sulphites.
