Biancolella di Cenatiempo

The PLACEHOLDER_WINE1 is produced from 100% PLACEHOLDER_VARIETAL grapes grown on the island of Ischia, on volcanic soils, at an altitude ranging from 50 to 300 meters above sea level. After the harvest, which takes place from mid-September to the end of October, the bunches were transported to the cellar for vinification. Alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Aging occurred in concrete and stainless steel on the lees for a period of 2 months, followed by an additional month in bottle.

BIANCOLELLA ISCHIA CENATIEMPO: TASTING

The PLACEHOLDER_WINE presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of yellow flesh fruit combined with hints of white flowers and Mediterranean notes of balsamic herbs and citrus. The palate is fresh and mineral, accompanied by a pleasant fruity and herbaceous taste that lingers in the long finish. It pairs well with semi-mature cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
