The Karmis Bianco di Contini was obtained from Vernaccia and Vermentino grapes grown on partly sandy-clayey alluvial soils and partly volcanic soils at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 70-80 quintals per hectare. The vinification process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging took place in stainless steel tanks and for a short period in the bottle.
