The Barolo by Cascina Botal is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. It represents a delightful interpretation of the DOCG Barolo, considered one of the most prestigious wine regions in the world. Only eleven municipalities in the province of Cuneo are authorized to produce "the king of wines" according to the regulations, and some only in certain parts of their territory. After traditional red vinification, the Barolo by Cascina Botal is aged for 38 months, including 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

The Barolo by Cascina Botal shines with a ruby red color and garnet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, violet potpourri, and balsamic herbs, combined with hints of wet earth and dark spices. The taste is intense and elegant, highlighted by mature tannins and a persistent and exciting balsamic and spicy finish. It pairs well with aged cheeses and flavorful dishes based on red meats or game.
