The Cantavigna Rosato Frizzante di Santa Maria La Palma was created using native red grapes grown in the Gulf of Alghero area (SS). The harvest was carried out early to ensure the maximum freshness and fragrance of the wine. The production process involved white winemaking, performed without maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation. The formation of bubbles, or the sparkling process, was made possible through refermentation.

The Cantavigna Rosato Frizzante di Santa Maria La Palma presents itself with a cherry pink color enhanced by lively bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red fruits dominate, accompanied by floral notes of rose and violet, as well as hints of pink grapefruit. The palate is pleasantly fresh, savory, and fruity. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with fresh cheeses, cold cuts, as well as tasty earthy appetizers and light seafood dishes.
