The Vermentino di Rocca di Frassinello is a 100% Vermentino di Rocca di FrassinelloVermentino white wine. The vineyards are located in the Gavorrano (GR) area, at an altitude of about 90 meters above sea level. The harvest took place in the first half of September, with a yield of 55 quintals per hectare. The production process included alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The aging took place for 6 months in stainless steel and for 4 months in the bottle.

The Vermentino di Rocca di Frassinello presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical yellow fruit and white flowers with Mediterranean citrus notes. The palate is distinctly fresh and mineral, with great taste-olfactory consistency. It pairs excellently with vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
