The Rafia Vermentino di Sardegna di Santa Maria La Palma is a 100% Vermentino white wine grown on hilly terrain of limestone matrix. The harvest was done by hand in crates from the middle of September. In the cellar, after the soft pressing of the clusters, the alcoholic fermentation of the must took place at a controlled temperature, partly in stainless steel and partly in 500-liter oak barrels. The aging lasted 12 months in stainless steel and a further 4 months in the bottle.

The Vermentino Rafia di Santa Maria La Palma presents itself with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow pulp fruit and white flowers intertwined with hints of orange and lemon peel, along with spicy notes of vanilla. The taste is savory and full-bodied, supported by a persistent freshness and a pleasant floral and citrusy finish. It pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood first and second courses.
