The Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Cucaione di Piero Mancini has been produced from 100% Vermentino grapes coming from vineyards located on soils characterized by granite disintegration, at an altitude ranging from 100 to 500 meters above sea level. The white winemaking, which means carried out without maceration of the must in contact with the skins, took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18°C. The aging process also took place for several months always in stainless steel tanks.

The Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Cucaione di Piero Mancini presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of yellow pulp fruit combined with hints of white flowers and notes of Mediterranean scrubland. The palate is fresh and mineral, supported by a pleasant and persistent fruity taste. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
