Tenuta Guado al Tasso Vermentino 2025 comes from the Bolgheri amphitheatre, where proximity to the sea and constant breezes enhance freshness, savouriness and aromatic precision. This Bolgheri DOC focuses on the Mediterranean character of Vermentino and the coastal identity of the estate.

Bolgheri freshness in white

Each vineyard parcel is harvested separately according to grape maturity. After destemming, gentle crushing and soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel at 16 °C. The individual lots are then evaluated and blended, and the wine is bottled in January following the harvest.

Profile in the glass

Straw yellow with light green hues. The nose shows citron zest, Annurca apple, elderflower and hawthorn. The palate is fresh, savoury and persistent, with floral and citrus notes returning on the finish.
