Aroma floreale
Corpo medioThe Verdicchio Tralivio di Sartarelli is born from 100% Verdicchio grapes grown in the area of Poggio San Marcello, in the province of Ancona. The original vineyards are composed of vines aged 25-30 years, rooted in medium-textured limestone soils, at an altitude between 300 and 350 meters above sea level. After the harvest, carried out with a yield of 80-90 quintals per hectare, the grapes were transported to the cellar for vinification. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. The aging occurred for 10 months in steel tanks plus an additional 8 months in the bottle.
The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Tralivio by Sartarelli presents itself with a straw yellow color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of yellow fruit that are combined with floral scents of lime and acacia, along with delicate notes of aromatic herbs and citrus. The taste is fresh and distinctly mineral, sustained by a fruity and floral flavor with a pleasant almond finish. It pairs well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and tasty seafood recipes. Excellent also when paired with white meats.
