The Teroldego Morei di Foradori is made from 100% Teroldego grapes grown in the homonymous company vineyard located in the territory of Mezzolombardo, in the province of Trento. We are in the heart of Campo Rotaliano on alluvial soil characterized by the presence of pebbles. During vinification, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation took place in amphora, in the so-called tinajas of Villarobeldo, with the must macerating on the skins for 8 months. The aging was for several months in cement tanks.

On the nose, it releases aromas of red fruits, wild flowers, and undergrowth intertwined with hints of blackberry leaf and flint. The sip is enveloping and tactile, mineral and with good freshness. The fruity and slightly spicy finish is long. It pairs well with rich earthy dishes, especially those based on red meats or game.
