Thomas Dorfmann's Sylvaner is obtained from 100% Sylvaner grapes grown on gravelly soils, naturally rich in minerals, at an altitude between 550 and 650 meters above sea level. After the harvest, the grapes were transferred to the winery for white winemaking, carried out without maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. The refinement occurred in stainless steel tanks in contact with fine lees. Sylvaner is a grape variety that especially thrives in cold regions and is most commonly found in Alsace and Germany.

Thomas Dorfmann's Sylvaner presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
