The Rosé Brut Sparkling Alcohol Free by Prima Pavé is made from Montepulciano, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer grapes. The white varieties come from vineyards located in Friuli, rooted in soils made up of sand, gravel, silt, and clay, at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level. The Montepulciano, on the other hand, comes from vineyards in Abruzzo, growing on gravelly and calcareous soils at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level. The dealcoholization process was carried out using reverse osmosis.
