The Spumante Passerina Together Insieme Ensemble di Domodimonti is a lively bubbly wine made from Passerina grapes. The grapes were grown on calcareous-clayey soils, at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level, harvested at the beginning of September. The first alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel followed by a brief aging on the lees. The second fermentation, necessary for the sparkling process, occurred in an autoclave for a month.

The Spumante Together Insieme Ensemble from Domondimonti presents itself with a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections enlivened by a lively perlage. On the nose, aromas of apple and white flowers intertwine with hints of aromatic herbs and citrus. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with excellent taste and olfactory persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with seafood dishes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
