The Secco Bertani Vintage Edition di Bertani is born from 80% Corvina, 10% Sangiovese Grosso, 5% Syrah, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The vineyards are located in the Valpantena area and include vines with an average age of 20 years that grow in marl-limestone soils, rich in iron. The aging process takes place in traditional Veronese chestnut and cherry wood barrels of 750 liters for a period of 18 months, followed by an additional 6 months in the bottle.

The Secco Bertani Vintage Edition di Bertani presents itself with a ruby red color and garnet reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of plum and ripe red fruits entwined with hints of balsamic herbs, cloves, and dark oriental spices. The palate is rich and intense, supported by smooth tannins and a pleasant fruity and spicy taste that lingers in the finish. It pairs well with aged cheeses and succulent main courses of red meat.
